Sandra Bullock has decided to divorce Jesse James after he cheated on her with several women.

A source close to the couple says the actress has made up her mind and already taken steps toward obtaining a divorce.

The source adds that Sandra is humiliated and feels that her entire marriage was one big lie.

Cheating hubby Jesse James has checked himself into a treatment facility… “to deal with personal issues”.

His rep said Jesse “realized that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage.”

The rep did not specify the type of treatment facility, though a source says he checked in on March 26, and that it was “100 percent his own idea”.

Jesse James is begging his wife not to divorce him.

A source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com “He offered to go to the same rehab center that Tiger Woods went to if Sandra would support him and stick with him. She said ‘no’, and that basically he’s the scum of the earth.”

But Jesse checked in to Sierra Tuscon in Arizona last week anyway.

The source says it’s too little, too late. Sandra has decided to divorce James and the source says she is staying with that decision.

The first contestant was eliminated from “Dancing With the Stars,” and, surprise! It was NOT Buzz Aldrin… or Kate Gosselin.

It was Shannen Doherty.

The actress and professional partner Mark Ballas were axed during Tuesday’s episode.

She said afterwards, “Dancing isn’t really my thing. I did it for my dad.”

Viewer votes saved the lowest-scoring contestant, astronaut Buzz Aldrin. He earned 14 points out of 30 for his cha-cha last week and 12 points for his foxtrot on Monday’s episode.

Besides Aldrin, the remaining competitors include Olympic figure skater Evan Lysacek, actors Niecy Nash, Pamela Anderson and Aiden Turner, reality stars Jake Pavelka and Kate Gosselin, singer Nicole Scherzinger, sportscaster Erin Andrews and football star Chad Ochocinco.

According to a blog called La Botana, the only reason Ricky Martin came out of the closet because he had no other choice. Either he did it on his own, or the paparazzi were gonna do it for him.

The blog claims that a group of paparazzi got a hold of pictures that proved Ricky is a homosexual. The photographers offered the pictures to a major publication who then called Ricky’s people and explained the situation.

So Ricky decided to out himself instead of letting someone do it and make money off it.

After years of the obvious, Ricky Martin went on his website and announced he’s gay. It’s also no surprise he made the announcement as he gets ready to release a book.

He wrote: “I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am. From the moment I wrote the first phrase I was sure the book was the tool that was going to help me free myself from things I was carrying within me for a long time. Things that were too heavy for me to keep inside. Writing this account of my life, I got very close to my truth. And this is something worth celebrating.”

Ricky said one of the reasons he kept his homosexuality hidden was because he was told that it would hurt his career.

He wrote: “Because all this advice came from people who I love dearly, I decided to move on with my life not sharing with the world my entire truth. Allowing myself to be seduced by fear and insecurity became a self-fulfilling prophecy of sabotage. Today I take full responsibility for my decisions and my actions. But I couldn’t continue to hide my sexuality now that I’m a father. Enough is enough. This has to change.”

Ricky is still working on his book and hopes to release it sometime this year.

Tiger Wood’s wife Elin doesn’t want to attend the Masters next week to watch her husband golf.

A source says “Elin does not want to go to the Masters and is preparing for a trip to see her family and friends in Sweden.”

The source adds that “She is also being asked by Tiger to attend the Masters, even if for a half day, to look like she is interested in supporting his return to golf. But she would rather not be there.”

Word has it….  Will Smith has been causing problems on set of wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s show ‘HawthoRNe’.

The cast just returned to the set this week after an unplanned, eight-day hiatus – and although one source says it was because of an illness in the Smith’s family, another insider tells the NY Daily News the network needed to sort out all of the production’s complications.

TNT execs are said to be blaming the show’s current issues on Will Smith -who is a co-producer on “HawthoRNe”. Sources say he isn’t cooperating with the rest of the team.

One insider says, “He is not currently shooting a movie, so he’s been a constant on the set in recent weeks. He’s been inserting his input and requesting so many changes to the script that it pushed back the production schedule tremendously and caused everything to spiral out of control.”

Jada plays a nurse on the hit show. And despite the first season’s success, the insider says her husband wants the dramatic scenes pushed to the limit – and he apparently submits pages of notes and rewrite requests to the show’s writers and producers each week.

The source says: “Everyone is praying for him to book a new movie so that he will go away.”
