For all you Real Housewives fans, we are only about a month away from the start of a new season! This time they are headed back to the West Coast for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills starting October 14th at 9 p.m.
But, this time there will be a local connection because one of the stars is Adrienne Maloof, sister of Joe and Gavin and a regular on the sidelines at Arco Arena. Adrienne is married to one of the plastic surgeons who has appeared on E!’s “Dr. 90210″.
Also starring in this season of Housewives, is 41-year old former Playboy model and ex-wife of Kelsey Grammer, Camille Donatacci-Grammer.
Uh-Oh, let the drama begin!

Friday Night Football Goes National!

It’s that time of year again! Week #1 of Friday night football! The biggest game this week, is Grant @ Folsom, which would be a big game no matter what but now it’s HUGE because it will be televised tonight on ESPN 2! These two teams were expected to meet for the city championship game last year but they both lost on last second field goals in the semi-final game. Good Luck to both teams! Represent the 916 well, guys! If you would like to watch it, it will be on tonight @ 7 P.M.

For those of you too young to remember this song by Annie Lennox, I am posting this video for you to check out. “No More I Love You’s” was a minor hit back in 1995 (peaking at #23), and is the song that Nicki Minaj uses as the track for her current hit “Your Love.” Annie Lennox won a Grammy for this song back in the 90’s. Yes, the video has some interesting images, so try not to let that distract you from enjoying the song!

Crazy quitting flight attendant to host reality show?

So do you remember the Jet Blue flight attendant dude that made funny headlines last week for quitting his job by dropping f-bombs over the plane’s intercom because he was mad at a passenger and then left the scene by sliding down the emergency exit? Well, according to well placed industry sources, a reality TV production company has offered him the hosing gig for a new show about disgruntled workers quitting their job in extravagant ways! Hmmmm. Is this starting to sound a little suspicious to anyone else? I mean, I supposed someone could have seen his blow-up and had the idea for a reality show, but I don’t think things generally come together that quickly in TV land. I’m thinking he did it just to get noticed and as a perfect way to gain some publicity for this upcoming new show. Balloon boy, anyone??

Jay-Z has been crowned the “Hip-Hop Cash King” by Forbes. The Brooklyn lyricist topped the business magazine’s annual ranking of high-rolling hip-hop stars by earning $63 million over the past 12 months, thanks to business ventures like a high-grossing tour, real estate investments and the successful Broadway production “Fela!”

Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine is launching a fashion line. The singer is launching a debut collection entitled 222. Levine said, “It’s very simple and pure and durable. Jeans, T-shirts and a leather jacket. There will be no bedazzling in this collection. I like subtlety in design.”

Paris Hilton wants to open her own hotels. Paris said, “I’ve pretty much done all you can do, but my next project that I’d like to do is get more involved in real estate, that would definitely be the next step, to open my own hotels.”
