Katy Perry recently spent some time answering fan submitted questions on YouTube.  She tackled some interesting topics including what she thought of Russell Brand being a dad, which girl she would kiss and her upcoming wedding!

 During the interview and question and answer session Katy Perry went on to say that if she had to choose a girl to kiss now it would be Natalie Portman because she is “hot and smart”!  Katy said that it used to be Megan Fox, but she’s since married and she’s “not so sure about that anymore.”

There is a report coming out of MTV UK that Rihanna recently said that there is one person she is dying to work with.  That one person would be none other than, Lady Gaga!  “ I would love to collaborate with her. Who wouldn’t?
” Rihanna said, “A collaboration between Gaga and myself would be really cool because we do a similar type of music and we both really love fashion.”  Rihanna went on to say that if they teamed up together it would result in a “very hot and sexy video.”

They both are recording new albums for 2011, does this mean there is still a chance this can happen?  I think if a collaboration between Gaga and Rihanna does happen it would be an instant hit!

Train have been in the music business longer than John Mayer, but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t getting educated by Mayer while out on the road with him.  Pat Monahan, who is the frontman for Train, Tweeted  “learning a lot” from being able to watch John perform every night.

John Mayer and Train canceled a show in Hershey, PA this past weekend. Apparently, a pretty bad thunderstorm blew through and damaged some of John Mayer’s equipment. At JohnMayer.com a post read that the equipment was “damaged beyond repair“. The show has been rescheduled for August 5th.

Someone from Mayer’s camp took video of the storm to prove how bad the weather was!  Check it out below!

It must be REALLY, REALLY nice to be Jay-Z! He’s got his own clothing line, he’s got his own record label, he’s married to Beyonce and NOW we hear he’s supplied with his own, personal toilet paper rolls while out on tour! What a life!

 ContactMusic.com is reporting that Hova gets the royal treatment when he’s on the road. It looks like Jay-Z even uses his own personal toilet paper at all his shows. Members of Kasabian (a British Indie Rock band) say that during the T in the Park Scottish music festival, he was provided with some luxury items backstage. It was said that Jay had “his own toilet and his own toilet paper”!

 That didn’t stop Angelina Jolie, clad in a snug shiny black jacket, from dazzling the crowd at Comic-Con on Thursday afternoon as she promoted her spy action-thriller “Salt,” which opens Friday.

 ”She’s so pretty,” said convention goer Christina Torres, who waited Thursday morning in a line that snaked outside the San Diego Convention Center to catch Jolie in the flesh. “I mean, I always knew she was pretty, but when you see her in person, you realize just how pretty she is.”

 The A-list actress tiptoed around fan questions about her mysterious character Evelyn Salt, who may or may not be a Russian spy.

 ”There’s a real duplicity to her personality,” she said. “There’s a part of her that’s not necessarily a good guy, and because of certain things that happened to her, she’s a bit damaged. She’s not just heroic. She’s not even. She’s not just brave. There’s something a little off about her, and maybe there’s something off about me.”

 Jolie performed her own stunts in “Salt” and recounted an on-set injury to the audience that left her scarred. She sliced open part of her face just above her nose when tumbling into a doorway with a gun.

 Jolie said she first thought she suffered a concussion because she couldn’t hear anything, but later realized she was wearing earplugs.

Lindsay Lohan’s time behind bars has been a snoozefest so far. An insider tells People magazine that LiLo has “slept soundly for most of her time in custody.” But that might have more to do with medication than calm nerves. The jail doctor has approved her to take meds to help her sleep. When she’s not snoozing, Linds has been taking advantage of the prison grub. Yesterday morning, she ate a breakfast of cold cereal and a hard-boiled egg and has “devoured all the food served to her” since being booked, according to the source.

Wow…Katy is all over the place lately, if its not the rumors of her and Russell Brand breaking up, its to announce some sort of Candyland theme. Oops…she did it again. Katy finally revealed the much anticipated album cover art for her soon to be released album, “Teenage Dream“.  Katy showed the world and all of her fans the album cover during a live streaming video!

 Katy Perry used a local artist, Will Cotton of NYC to create the cover.  Ironically, he’s known for his candy landscapes!  It all started when Katy reached out to Will asking to buy one of his paintings.  Well, one thing led to another and before he knew it, he was her choice to design her new album cover.

 Katy said, “The day I found Will Cotton, I knew I wanted to live in his cinematic cotton candy world. A fantastically art-directed music video and one piece of timeless album artwork later, I can proudly say I am more than a fan.”… “Will has been a sweetheart every step of the way and always open to collaborative ideas. I’m so happy to have discovered his candy-land, and so excited about our creative future together.”

Even though Katy Perry and Russell Brand plan to commit to each other later this year,“they fight and make-up constantly” according to a friend of Perry’s.

According to the New York Daily News, Katy’s friend says that Russell has gotten mad about all of Katy’s Partying and that Katy has suspected her soon to be husband of being unfaithful to her.  Seems like there may already be trouble way before a wedding!  Wonder if they will even get married! I mean, the guy admits to NEVER being faithful to a girl EVER…one thing girlie needs to learn…you can never change them- they have to change themselves!
