Rihanna is back in contact with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown! The UK’s Heat magazine is claiming that Rihanna spoke with Chris over the telephone. A source said: “Seeing how emotional he was at the BET Awards really touched her. She’d never seen him like that before. They were each other’s first love and he’s missed her so much. Rihanna knows that if she wanted him back, he’d be there in a second.” Rihanna is currently dating baseball player Matt Kemp.

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem have gotten married. The couple was married in the beginning of July at a friend’s house in the Bahamas. And the ceremony was a small one that only family members attended. Cruz’s wedding dress was designed by a longtime friend, fashion designer John Galliano. Cruz and Bardem appeared together in the 2008 Woody Allen romantic comedy “Vicky Cristina Barcelona.”

Sean Kingston has been accused of sexual assault. It was Sunday night, at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Seattle. TMZ reports, two women showed up for a party in one of the hotel rooms. The women were both intoxicated when they arrived, with bottles of vodka and beer in hand. One of the women claims Kingston had sex with her, and, “She was very aggressive.” Kingston then left the party and went to another room on the same floor. Sources say the woman then proceeded to have sex with two other men in the room.

The second woman also had sex with someone in the room. An ambulance was called and transported both women — 19 and 20 years of age — to a hospital where rape tests were conducted. Sources say Kingston was asked by cops to come in for an interview, but police have since determined the case is not credible, and they now say an interview is not necessary. Meantime, one of the women is going to file a civil lawsuit, and maybe both.

Mel Gibson has been dropped by his talent agency after his racist rant went public and hit the Internet. William Morris Endeavor Entertainment told the actor last week that they will no longer represent him after over 30 years with the agency. Word has it, a WME board member (Ari Emanuel) “woke up at 3 AM and emailed his partner ….saying, ‘we can’t represent a guy who said the N-word’.”

“Twilight” star Ashley Greene is said to be sneaking out with Joe Jonas. British tabloids claim they tried to have a secret date, but went to London’s most exclusive restaurant The Ivy. BOTH were in town for the premiere of the latest ‘Twilight’ film, ‘Eclipse’. A source says: “They had a very romantic night at The Ivy. They arrived separately and then left out by the back door where there were two vans with blacked-out windows waiting to whisk them away. “They looked like a lovely couple. They had a few drinks and were clearly enjoying not being hounded like they would have been in Los Angeles.”

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino from “Jersey Shore” is releasing a workout DVD. He shot the video in New Jersey the other day. Sources say the “intense total-body workout” includes a “bonus abs” section.

It sounds like Carrie Underwood and (her hockey-playing beau) Mike Fisher are getting married this weekend.

One report claims they’ll get married at a very upscale resort and that it’ll be shut down just for the so-called “Fisher-Wood” wedding. The location of the resort and the wedding is a secret, even to the guests.

Guests won’t find out where they’re traveling to until they show up at the airport, and are given tickets to their destination.

Looks like Carrie and Mike may even have time for a honeymoon. She has no concert dates on her tour schedule until July 31.

Locals say the party was getting started over at The Ritz-Carlton, in Greensboro, GA.

The two began dating five weeks ago, after pals brought Johnson to a party at Simpson’s Beverly Hills’ home.

Johnson filed for divorce from his wife of five years, Keri, in January. (He retired in 2008 after an injury-plagued career as a tight end for the New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49er.)

Jaleel White, aka Steve Urkel from “Family Matters,” is being investigated for allegedly beating the mother of his kid.

The woman (Bridget Hardy) claims White punched her in one of her breast implants while driving on the Pacific Coast Highway last month.

Once they made it home, White supposedly slapped her and pushed her into a toilet.

She filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department on Tuesday, and an investigation is ongoing.

White’s rep tells TMZ, “There was absolutely no battery… no abuse… and the incident never happened. This is just a ploy in an ongoing custody battle over their young daughter to tarnish his name.”

Simon Cowell thinks, Harry Connick, Jr. should have his role as judge on “American Idol”. Simon said the crooner is “a great mentor.”
Simon tells OK! magazine, “I wouldn’t be surprised if it was Harry Connick, Jr. He was a great mentor when he was on, and he knows music.”

Beyonce barely escaped major injuries when she opened her car door, and it got ripped off by a taxi!
Beyonce was with hubby Jay-Z in London when they made a quick shopping stop (at Harrod’s). As she was about to step out of the car, a cab knocked her door off and missed her by inches.
A source told the UK’s Sun: “It was terrifying to watch. It all happened so quickly, the taxi came out of nowhere. She seemed very shaken and was lucky to be alive. A couple of seconds difference and God knows what could have happened.”
A replacement car picked up Beyonce and Jay-Z and took them to a restaurant.

American Idol runner-up Crystal Bowersox was known on the show for her dreadlocks and her gap-toothed smile.
Crystal has since straighted her teeth.
Crystal even went on Twitter and posted a pic of her new smile.

Lindsay Lohan was sentenced yesterday to 90 days in jail for violating her probation in her DUI case. A Judge sentenced Lohan after hearing how Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol Ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge. The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007. (She reached a plea bargain in a DUI case.) The jail term will be followed by a 90-day inpatient rehab program.

Lindsay broke down while addressing the court and said, “I did the best I could.” The judge rattled off a list of times she has deceived the court, and concluded, “It’s like someone who cheats but doesn’t think it’s cheating if they don’t get caught.” Lindsay must surrender to the court on July 20.

BTW: A Sheriff’s spokesperson says, generally, a female inmate in Lindsay’s situation only serves 25% of their sentence. That means Lohan will most likely spend 25 days behind bars.

Kanye West and his Amber Rose are still “good friends” but they’re no longer dating. Ye and Amber have put their romance on hold because they’re both very busy with their careers. A source told US Weekly: “They are still good friends. Kanye is consumed with recording his comeback record in Hawaii and had to shut it all off. When he’s in work mode, he can’t handle a relationship. He told Amber he needs to devote everything right now to his craft. It’s always off-and-on when it’s convenient for these two. He doesn’t go out anymore and she loves it, so he lets her. It wouldn’t be a surprise if they are seen together again next week.”

Jennifer Aniston was spotted having dinner Thursday night with actor Christopher Gartin. She ducked and covered when paparazzi caught him driving her home afterwards. Chris is 42, hails from NYC and was previously married to an event planner. Courtney Cox set them up.

A private jet carrying comedian Dave Chappelle made an emergency landing in Pittsburgh because the pilot believed the comedian was a safety risk. Chappelle boarded a private jet in New Jersey and was headed to Ohio where he lives. Sources say during the flight, he freaked out and refused to put his seat belt on. Then he kept walked into the cockpit, asking how much longer the flight would be, and started grabbing the pilot’s arms.

The pilot determined Chappelle was a safety risk and diverted the plane to Pittsburgh. Chappelle then checked into a hotel and said he wanted to rent a car to drive back to Ohio but he couldn’t remember where he lived. A rep for Chappelle said the actor really needed to use the restroom — he ate something that didn’t sit well — and the bathroom on the plane was “not the kind he needed.”

Lindsay Lohan has a new girl (friend?)…. and she is a former member of the Israeli Defense Force.

Sources say Lindsay and Eilat Anschel met in Los Angeles a while ago, but things have been getting pretty serious over the last month. A source says Lindsay turned to Eilat during the whole SCRAM thing and things took off from there. And friends say the relationship is already unhealthy with the actress totally obsessing over her.

Paris Hilton was detained for possession of marijuana in Port Elizabeth, South Africa– for a little while, anyway. Hilton was escorted out of the Brazil vs Netherlands quarterfinal match because authorities thought she was smoking marijuana. But it was actually someone near her who was smoking weed….. and the case against her was dropped.

Her rep says the authorities have apologized for wrongfully accusing her since she had nothing to do with the incident.Paris Tweeted after the incident that everything is fine and that she had nothing to do with the marijuana.

Kristin Stewart isn’t a fan of red carpets…. and it’s because she’s afraid her fans will assassinate her.

The “Twilight” star says she looks out there at a thousand people and realizes they could rush her and assassinate her.

NOTE: She later apologized for the comment saying she used the wrong word, adding that she should have used violated instead of assassinate.

(A couple weeks ago she used the word ‘raped’ in a similar scenario, and also, took that word back.)

Mel Gibson’s anger issues — and filthy mouth– have gotten him in trouble again.

Apparently, there is tape of the actor/director criticizing the way the mother of his love child was dressed, one night. Mel can be heard telling her that the way she was dressed would get her “raped by a pack of n***ers.”

Gossip websites have heard the tape, which also includes Mel telling Oksana Grigorieva he will burn down her home.

Oksana is mother of his infant daughter Lucia. They have been battling in court for the past several weeks.

During a fight with Oksana, Mel is supposedly recorded telling her: “You’re an embarrassment to me.

“You look like a f***ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault.”

Mel drops references to Oksana being a “whore” and the C-word (“c**t”).

During another argument, Mel tells Oksana: “How dare you act like such a bit*h when I have been so f**king nice.”

He warns, “I am going to come and burn the f**king house down… but you will blow me first.”

The tapes do not make it clear what the couple was arguing about.

But Mel tells Oksana, “Look what you did to me… look what you are… look what every part of you is… f**king fake… f**king fake.

“You are the most synthetic person… who the f*** are you?”

A source says Oksana claims she was forced to tape Mel after he made a series of death threats.

“Oksana’s motivation for recording this was to show Mel how mean he was, and because she feared for her life.”

“She wanted to get evidence that he was dangerous and violent.”

The source claims that Mel has heard two of the tapes, and, “Mel is doing everything he can to suppress this… they are the rantings of a mad man.”

(FLASHBACK: When cops arrested Mel in 2006 on suspicion of drunk driving, Mel cursed at them, tried to escape custody and dropped some anti-Semitic remarks… including “F**king Jews… The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world.”)

Social workers visited Britney Spears’ home as part of an investigation that Brit abused her two sons.

Britney got the visit after her former bodyguard claimed that she abused Sean Preston and Jayden James last March or April.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Social workers visited Britney’s house recently about the alleged abuse allegations. Under California law, anytime anyone makes a report to child protective services, a welfare check is required to be made under law to further investigate.”

“It doesn’t matter who has made the claim, or how outlandish it may seem. During the visit by officials, there were absolutely no signs of abuse. The boys are happy well adjusted toddlers that love their mama and Britney is fiercely protective of them. The investigation is 95 percent complete and no further action will be required. All that is essentially going to be done at this point is for the paperwork to be finished and then the case will be closed.”

“Britney and Kevin parent the children together. If Kevin thought for one moment that the boys were in harm’s way, he would immediately go to family law court to have the situation dealt with.”

Sources are now saying that Chris Brown crying during his tribute to Michael Jackson at the BET Awards was staged.
According to US Magazine, a witness said one of Chris Brown’s bodyguards gave him tear-inducing eye drops right before he went on stage.
Of course, his reps are denying the claim saying Brown “was moved by the opportunity to pay tribute to his idol.”

Tiger agreed to keep single women away from his son and daughter. He can bring a new flame into their lives only if he marries her.
In return, Elin gets the biggest payout ever seen in a celebrity divorce. But she can never publicly speak out about his alleged flings for the rest of her life… even if Tiger dies first. If she does, all of the money goes away.

Elin gets sole physical custody of their kids but they will split legal custody. So she will not be able to permanently relocate them to her native Sweden.

He Tweeted that no one booed and an Apple employee brought him in from the paparazzi. He added he wished he could have stayed in line. But witnesses say that there was only one photographer there and he kept his distance from the actor. And another witness said people were booing him when he cut in line. Finally, last night, the actor tweeted: “Correction- If there were boos, I didn’t hear them. “If some were mad, I didn’t see them. I wish I had. If you’re out there, I’m sorry.”

Megan Fox has tied the knot with Brian Austin Green. They got hitched last Thursday on the island of Hawaii. Apparently, Entertainment Tonight will be posting photos of the couple honeymooning in Hawaii.

Sandra Bullock finalized her divorce from Jesse James on Monday. The actress filed for divorce on April 23rd in Travis County Court in Austin, Texas where she is a resident. The reason for the divorce was that their marriage “has become insupportable” after Jesse James cheated on her several times. The couple was married for nearly five years. The divorce documents are sealed.

Angelina Jolie is considering quitting acting for good because she’s much happier in her role as a mother and a humanitarian. She just completed filming of her latest movie, The Tourist with Johnny Depp, and has a few projects lined up. But, with her six kids with partner Brad Pitt, Angelina is getting tired of acting and might not “do it much longer.” She tells Vanity Fair magazine, “It’s (acting) not the most important thing in my life. Acting helped me as I was growing up. It helped me learn about myself, helped me travel, helped me understand life, express myself, all those wonderful things. So I’m very, very grateful, it’s a fun job. It’s a luxury…

“But I don’t think I’ll do it much longer. Because I have a happy home… I got back from work last night, and everybody was playing music and dancing and I suddenly found myself dancing around with a bunch of little fun crazy people.”
