Tiger Woods’ wife Elin Nordegren is taking her two children and moving to Sweden.

A source close to the family says Tiger is not moving to Sweden with her and the children.

And another source says that Nordegren will move out of the couple’s mansion in Windemere, Florida before Christmas.

And Elin Nordegren wants half of the golfer’s fortune he made during the five years they were married.

Friends of Elin say she has already called in California’s top celebrity divorce lawyer to discuss the pending divorce. And she is believed to be meeting celebrity lawyer Sorrell Trope next week.

And she is planning on filing for divorce in California.  Under California law the “no-fault divorce” means there is an equal division of assets and property.

This could mean that any pre-nup agreement Elin signed with the golf star will be torn up.

Apparently, Britney Spears and her beau Jason offered a public display of tension.

At Fred Segal the other day, Brit was yelling at Jason for leaving her alone in the store cafe while he chatted outside on his cell phone.

Then on Monday, the two took a spin in Britney’s ride, never stopped anywhere, and then went back to the Mondrian where they spent the night. The mood in the car looked super tense …

And then the couple stayed at the Chateau Marmont. Again, they came out, drove around, and went back to the hotel without stopping. Britney was visibly upset and she was crying to someone on the phone. An X17 photographer on the scene says:

“Jason wasn’t much comfort to Britney. In fact it looked like the two of them had been fighting. Britney keeps him on a short leash — if you didn’t know it, you’d this he was her personal assistant. She’s always annoyed with him for doing something wrong or not to her liking. This has been brewing for a few weeks now. It just seems like she’s getting sick of him.”

Taylor Swift topped the list of People magazine’s 25 Most Intriguing People of 2009.

Taylor said: “You can stay the same person, even if everything around you changes. I would like to think everybody out there isn’t just waiting for me to trip and fall and stumble out of a club drunk. People know I’m not a party girl. I’m not hiding some dying urge to be out clubbing right now.”
